Who are we?
We are a fresh and lively group, informal and currently non-auditioned. We come together for weekly rehearsals and post-rehearsal drinks, interspersed with a range of exciting performances.
Joining
We are still accepting new members - if you want to join, just get in touch by emailing us. We don't require previous choral experience, but we do ask that you can make a fairly regular commitment to attend rehearsals.
There is a subscription fee of £10 per quarter year to cover general expenses and the purchase of music.
Booking
We sing at a variety of events, with a repertoire that ranges from hymns over classical tunes to uplifting and funny songs - and we can be booked! How? Just email us!

Pride Bristol
SWGMC will be taking part in the Pride Bristol celebrations, together with Sing Out Bristol. More information coming soon.
Saturday 4th September
Cardiff Mardi Gras
Catch us at Cardiff's annual gay festival. We'll be singing at the main event on Coopers Field (just behind Cardiff Castle in the city centre) - our stage time will be announced soon. Check out the Cardiff Mardi Gras website for all the details about the festival period and main event.
Thurs 30th September, 7p.m.
Open Evening
Come along to the Norwegian Church in Cardiff Bay for an informal evening where you can meet the choir and join in with a rehearsal. We'll even have a nice cuppa and some nibbles waiting for you. You can just turn up on the night or let us know you're coming in advance by contacting Gavin at gaychorus@gmail.com Gavin will also be able to answer any queries about the choir that you may have. We are an non-auditioned choir - if you would like to join us then we'd love to have you on board!
